{"id":2986,"date":"2020-09-16T08:50:14","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T07:50:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advento.info\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=2986"},"modified":"2020-09-16T08:50:14","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T07:50:14","slug":"constructor-de-reportes","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/advento.info\/index.php\/documentacion\/cloud-stats-call-center-reports\/ajustes-reportes\/constructor-de-reportes\/","title":{"rendered":"Constructor de Reportes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En este formulario vamos a crear perfiles de diferentes Reportes a enviar en forma autom\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2987\" src=\"https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-report.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2376\" height=\"1072\" srcset=\"https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-report.png 2376w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-report-300x135.png 300w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-report-1024x462.png 1024w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-report-768x347.png 768w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-report-1536x693.png 1536w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-report-2048x924.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2376px) 100vw, 2376px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los datos para configurar para que podamos utilizar la opci\u00f3n de env\u00edo de reportes de forma autom\u00e1tica son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Title<\/strong>, t\u00edtulo del reporte, este t\u00edtulo se utiliza para identificarlo al momento de crear el\u00a0<strong>Report Scheduler<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Report<\/strong>, tipo de reporte que deseamos enviar de forma autom\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<li>Shift, si deseamos aplicar un turno al reporte, seleccionamos el turno deseado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Queues<\/strong>, colas a incluir en el reporte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agents<\/strong>, agentes a incluir en el reporte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Format<\/strong>, formato en el que deseamos enviar el reporte, puede ser PDF, Excel o CSV.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Period<\/strong>, fechas a evaluar en el reporte a enviar.
