{"id":2989,"date":"2020-09-16T09:08:33","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T08:08:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advento.info\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=2989"},"modified":"2020-09-16T09:08:33","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T08:08:33","slug":"reportes-programados","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/advento.info\/index.php\/documentacion\/cloud-stats-call-center-reports\/ajustes-reportes\/reportes-programados\/","title":{"rendered":"Reportes Programados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aqu\u00ed vamos a crear la fecha, hora y periodicidad con la que se enviara el reporte creado previamente.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2990\" src=\"https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-Sheduler.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2376\" height=\"724\" srcset=\"https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-Sheduler.png 2376w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-Sheduler-300x91.png 300w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-Sheduler-1024x312.png 1024w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-Sheduler-768x234.png 768w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-Sheduler-1536x468.png 1536w, https:\/\/advento.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/create-Sheduler-2048x624.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2376px) 100vw, 2376px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los datos para configurar para que podamos enviar los reportes autom\u00e1ticamente son os siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong>, breve descripci\u00f3n para poder identificar el horario a enviar el reporte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Report<\/strong>, reporte a enviar, este se cre\u00f3 previamente en\u00a0<strong>Report Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To<\/strong>, a email vamos a enviar el reporte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start Date<\/strong>, que fecha y hora deseamos que se env\u00ede el reporte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repeat Mode<\/strong>, con que periodicidad deseamos que se env\u00ede el reporte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Every<\/strong>, cada cuanto deseamos que se aplique el\u00a0<strong>Repeat Mode<\/strong>, por ejemplo, si deseamos que se envie weekly, pero cada dos semanas, aqu\u00ed debemos seleccionar 2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekdays,\u00a0<\/strong>esta opci\u00f3n aparece solamente cuando seleccionamos en\u00a0<strong>Repeat Mode weekly<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed seleccionamos los d\u00edas de la semana que deseamos que se ejecute la tarea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email Template<\/strong>, aqu\u00ed seleccionamos el email template creado previamente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enabled<\/strong>, habilitamos o deshabilitamos el env\u00edo programado.
