{"id":3020,"date":"2020-09-16T10:36:27","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T09:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advento.info\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=3020"},"modified":"2020-09-16T10:36:27","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T09:36:27","slug":"llamadas-perdidas-por-agentes","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/advento.info\/index.php\/documentacion\/cloud-stats-call-center-reports\/reporte-de-llamadas\/llamadas-perdidas-por-agentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Llamadas Perdidas por Agentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En este reporte vamos a obtener un detalle de las llamadas no contestadas por los agentes, con los siguientes datos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>, fecha y hora de la llamada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Queue<\/strong>, cola por la cual ingres\u00f3 la llamada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agent<\/strong>, agente que no contesto la llamada. Aqu\u00ed hay que hacer notar que, aunque un agente no contest\u00f3 la llamada esta pudo haber sido atendida por otro agente.
