{"id":3045,"date":"2020-09-16T13:59:32","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T12:59:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advento.info\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=3045"},"modified":"2020-09-16T13:59:32","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T12:59:32","slug":"disponibilidad","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/advento.info\/index.php\/documentacion\/cloud-stats-call-center-reports\/agentes\/disponibilidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Disponibilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En este reporte se muestra la informaci\u00f3n de disponibilidad de agentes, as\u00ed como diferentes ocupaciones de los mismo.<\/p>\n<p>En el siguiente cuadro podemos ver cu\u00e1ntos agentes estuvieron atendiendo llamadas en el periodo evaluado al igual que la duraci\u00f3n promedio de todas estas llamadas por agente.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, mostramos una tabla con informaci\u00f3n de la utilizaci\u00f3n del tiempo de cada uno de nuestros agentes, los datos que mostramos son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agent<\/strong>, n\u00famero y nombre del agente a mostrar informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incoming Call Holdtime<\/strong>, total tiempo de espera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incoming Call Talktime<\/strong>, total tiempo de conversaci\u00f3n de llamadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On Pause<\/strong>, total tiempo en pausa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outgoing Call Holdtime<\/strong>, total tiempo de espera (o tiempo de timbrado) en llamadas salientes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outgoing Call Talktime<\/strong>, total tiempo de conversaci\u00f3n de llamadas salientes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Productivity<\/strong>, el porcentaje de tiempo que estuvo el agente en conversaci\u00f3n con respecto al tiempo de sesi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Idle Time<\/strong>, total de sesi\u00f3n del agente menos el total en pausa menos el tiempo de llamadas entrantes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time<\/strong>, tiempo total que estuvo registrado en el sistema.
