{"id":3252,"date":"2021-06-14T14:16:34","date_gmt":"2021-06-14T13:16:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advento.info\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=3252"},"modified":"2021-06-14T14:25:16","modified_gmt":"2021-06-14T13:25:16","slug":"tarifas-de-clientes","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/advento.info\/index.php\/documentacion\/cloud-billing\/tarifas\/tarifas-de-clientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarifas de Clientes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta opci\u00f3n es muy \u00fatil para hoteles o instituciones que cobran por las \u00a0llamadas, para crear las tarifas de los clientes existen dos m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n<h4>1.- Importaci\u00f3n tarifas desde archivos csv<\/h4>\n<p>Para importar tarifas, debe presionar el bot\u00f3n Importar, luego habr\u00e1 dos campos,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rates<\/strong>, cargar el archivo CSV con las tarifas para importar. Este archivo debe tener el siguiente formato:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Group Name<\/strong>, nombre en el que se agrupan las tarifas, por ejemplo, si vamos a cargar tarifas a EE. UU., que ubica a EE. UU., en otras palabras, podr\u00eda ser el nombre del pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Code<\/strong>, c\u00f3digo de pa\u00eds o regi\u00f3n, ejemplo EE. UU. es 1, M\u00e9xico 52. Tambi\u00e9n puede ser m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico EE. Para crear una nueva tarifa manualmente, debe configurar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong>, breve descripci\u00f3n del grupo de c\u00f3digos a crear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grace Time<\/strong>, definir cu\u00e1ntos segundos estar\u00e1n libres de la duraci\u00f3n de la llamada para cada llamada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connect Cost<\/strong>, costo para aplicar cuando la llamada con conexi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call Cost<\/strong>, representa el costo global para aplicar a todos los c\u00f3digos de marcado sin costo definido.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost Interval<\/strong>, cada cuantos segundos se aplica el costo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dial Prefix<\/strong>, cualquier n\u00famero que se marque antes de un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono para iniciar una llamada telef\u00f3nica con el fin de seleccionar un circuito de telecomunicaciones apropiado por el cual se enrutar\u00e1 la llamada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepend<\/strong>, cualquier n\u00famero para anteponer al comienzo del n\u00famero marcado, al momento de mostrar un informe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call Type<\/strong>, le permite definir qu\u00e9 tipo de llamadas representan estos c\u00f3digos de marcaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dial Code Category<\/strong>, le permite clasificar sus c\u00f3digos de marcaci\u00f3n para hacer informes por \u00e9l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En la tabla de c\u00f3digos de marcado, se debe configurar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Code<\/strong>, el n\u00famero marcado total o parcial que se guard\u00f3 en el CDR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call Cost<\/strong>, representa el costo global para aplicar a todos los c\u00f3digos de marcado sin costo definido.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost Interval<\/strong>, cada cuantos segundos se aplica el costo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong>, breve descripci\u00f3n del c\u00f3digo a crear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dial Prefix<\/strong>, cualquier n\u00famero que se marque antes de un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono para iniciar una llamada telef\u00f3nica con el fin de seleccionar un circuito de telecomunicaciones apropiado por el cual se enrutar\u00e1 la llamada.
